For a company, that means how work moves and where money leaks. For a screening firm or an agency, it means the desk, the files, and the numbers. For a background matter, it means the scope before anyone is interviewed.

What is included, what is not, and what you will have at the end. We do not take open-ended help with everything.

The work
Consulting, the Stack, investigative advice, or placement with an investigator from our network. The firm does the work that was agreed.

Something you can keep
A plan, a weekly scorecard, a screening or agency standard, a configured workflow, a policy, or a written file.

Ongoing help, if you want it
Some clients want a monthly check-in after the project. That is a separate agreement. It is not assumed.

See how the work actually moves
We sit with the operation. Intake to invoice, or a search to a released report. We write down what happens, not what the handbook says.

Find where money or accuracy leaks
Price against real cost. Work that looks busy and loses money. A record matched on a name alone. A decision that still stops at the owner. A tool that was bought and never used.

Install the fix, in order
A short list, ranked by what changes profit or accuracy first. Pricing, roles, a weekly page of numbers, and the Stack: software, hardware, and AI put into that company.

Leave it with the people who run it
Training on their work, not a slide. A written standard they keep. When the work is in the field, the investigators we recommend are held to that same standard.
Private information
The first conversation stays private. A formal project puts the limits in writing, including what may be shared with another firm or an investigator. Client files are not used as examples, and they are not used to train an AI tool.
The field
Business consulting happens on site when we need to see the operation. Investigative consulting covers background investigations, surveillance operations, and legal investigations. When a business needs an investigator, we place them from our network.
The standard
The tools are current. The work is personal. Current software, hardware, and AI, deployed and taught. Investigations confirmed in person, by people who know the work. The investigators we recommend are held to that same standard.
