AI consulting

Put AI to work. Keep critical records out of reach.

AI can take hours of routine work off a team. Anything connected to the internet can be reached from it. Good guidance means knowing which work belongs with AI, which records belong offline, and how to move data between the two safely.

Integritas runs AI inside the work: files, reports, field preparation, and the way the firm itself is run. The tools are current. A person who knows the work still owns the result. We then put that same approach into another company’s Stack. An investigation agency, a screening firm, and a small operating company do not get the same setup. The videos show the Stack at work, first for an investigation firm and then for any business. Sample data. Customizable to the vendors that company prefers.

Why it matters

Which work belongs with AI, and which records do not.

  1. 01

    AI handles the routine work

Intake, reports, scheduling, and research move faster when AI takes the first pass. A finding, a price, and an identity decision stay with a person.

  2. 02

Every connection is a way in

Firewalls stop most attacks, not all. If the records database is online, one miss can expose it.

  3. 03

    Critical records go offline

An air-gapped database has no network link. An attack that gets inside has nowhere to go. Critical records belong there.

  4. 04

    Data crosses on purpose

Updates cross the gap through a checked, one-way process. We help design that process and train the people who run it. It sits in the Stack with the software and hardware, not as another unused login.

In house

How we use it in our own systems

We do not recommend a tool we have not put to work. These are the jobs AI does inside Integritas, on background files, surveillance preparation, and the operation of the firm.

  1. 01

    The file

A large background or case file is organized into a timeline, name variants, and what each source actually says. The sort is fast. A person who knows the work checks the lines that matter.

  2. 02

    The report

AI drafts the structure of a report: what was done, what was found, and what is still open. The finding is written by the person who did the work.

  3. 03

    Surveillance and field work

Before anyone is in the field, AI helps organize known addresses, time windows, and what still has to be confirmed in person. The operation itself stays personal.

  4. 04

    The way we work

Procedures, training notes, and follow-up language live in our own systems, so the method is not stuck in one person’s head. The same tools we recommend are tools we use.

Implementation

How we put it into a company

Best practice in this sector is specific. The tool has to match the work, live in the systems the company already runs, and be taught to the people who do that work.

  1. 01

    Start with the work

We look at the tasks that repeat: a file, a report, a follow-up, an estimate, a status update. AI is pointed at those tasks, not at the whole company at once.

  2. 02

Put it in the systems they already run

The tool has to sit inside the case system, the CRM, the books, or the field workflow. A separate chat window that nobody opens is not an implementation.

  3. 03

Write the practice for that sector

An investigation agency, a screening firm, and a construction company do not get the same instructions. The practice says which tasks AI handles, who reviews the result, and what a finished piece of work looks like.

  4. 04

Train the people who do the work

Training is on their files and their Tuesday morning tasks. Owners, coordinators, and investigators leave knowing how to use it and how to tell when the output is wrong.

Investigation agencies and screening firms

In this sector, AI is used to get a file further and to keep the work consistent. The investigation stays personal. The investigators we recommend are trained to the same practice.

  1. 01

    Background investigations

AI organizes identifiers, prior addresses, and what a database returned. The most accurate search technology gets the file started. An experienced investigator confirms the person, in the records and in person when the work calls for it.

  2. 02

    Screening desks

AI keeps the language consistent and flags what is missing: a disposition, an identifier, a search that never came back. Before the report goes out, a person still interviews the source in person and decides whether the record belongs to the subject.

  3. 03

    Surveillance operations

Planning, equipment notes, and the first draft of a report. Classic field training still runs the operation. The technology makes the plan and the write-up tighter.

  4. 04

    Legal investigations

A chronology and a list of open items a law firm can actually use. AI prepares the file. The investigator and the attorney own what it says.

Other small businesses

Outside investigations, the same method is applied to the operating company: follow-up, estimates, procedures, and the books. The owner still owns the number.

  1. 01

    The handoff

Role notes and the steps from the sale to the finished job. A draft the owner edits is more useful than a strategy paragraph nobody follows.

  2. 02

    CRM and follow-up

Draft updates, and a check that a record has the fields the weekly meeting needs. The CRM stays the system of record. AI writes into it. It does not replace it.

  3. 03

    Estimates and job cost

A first pass at an estimate, or a comparison with recent similar jobs. Someone who knows the work still owns the number.

  4. 04

    The books

Plain questions against a real export. Which jobs ran thin. Which invoices are old. Which costs moved. The model reads. The owner closes the month.

What the training leaves behind

A written practice for that company, the tasks AI is used for, and time with the people who will run it. The tool stays in their systems after we leave.

  1. 01Where AI sits in that company’s Stack, next to the software and hardware they already use.
  2. 02Which records stay offline, and how data is allowed to cross to the systems that use AI.
  3. 03The tasks it handles in that sector, named specifically.
  4. 04Who reviews a result before it leaves the building.
  5. 05How the tool connects to the case system, CRM, or books.
  6. 06Hands-on training with the people who do the work.
  7. 07A short written practice the company keeps after we leave.
